    Gallery

    In the Gallery you will find small exhibitions of maps, charts and globes. Each is based on a area of cartographic history. The first exhibition deals with the discovery of the passage around the southern American continent.

    This section of the website is dedicated to our collective knowledge about how best to go about collecting, buying, storing and caring for your maps.

    Journal

    IMCoS Map Journal

    The IMCoS Map Journal is a 64-page quarterly publication. It includes a wide range articles on the history of cartography addressing Western, Asian and Arabic mapping practices; its scope is designed to interest our worldwide membership. The journal also covers the activities of the Society, wherever they take place in the world, news from the mapping community around the world, book reviews and letters to the editor.
